Delivery Information

At Pulsera, we partner with third party fulfilment partner to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and related information.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional events
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days nationwide
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date
  • Business days exclude weekends and national holidays

Shipping Carriers

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our partner Quikink
  • Quikink works with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery
  • The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order value
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (if applicable)
  • Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped
  • You can track your order status by entering your tracking number on our website or the courier's website
  • For any tracking-related issues, please contact our customer service

Delivery Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed for shipping

Domestic Shipping Only

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within India
  • We do not process or ship international orders at this time

Failed Deliveries and RTO (Return to Origin)

If a courier company is unable to deliver an order and the status is marked as "Undelivered" or "Return to Origin" (RTO), the product will be sent back to:

HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.

Common reasons for RTO include:

  • Pincode not serviceable
  • COD amount not ready (if applicable)
  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Poor weather conditions
  • Self-pickup requested by the customer
  • Future delivery requested by the customer
  • Door/premises/office closed

Delayed Deliveries

If an item hasn't been attempted for delivery within 15 days (via Air) or 20 days (via Surface), we can either:

  • Reproduce and re-ship the product to you, or
  • Process a refund for the order

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

Damaged or Defective Products

Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

Lost in Transit

For items lost during shipping, a refund will be issued once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.

Package Damage at Delivery

If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please note the damage in the courier's delivery remarks to help in claiming a refund.

Color and Size Variations

DTG Printing Color Variations

We use digital printers with certified inks. Please note that colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ.

Size Measurements

Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
